Steven discusses the side effects he has experienced following treatment with extracorporeal photophoresis (ECP), including dry eyes, skin dyspigmentation, and mouth sores. He mentions that his mouth sores have been particularly painful and difficult to treat, often affecting the way he speaks, but that scleral contact lenses have been helpful in relieving his dry eye symptoms and his other symptoms are now stable.
